Is Saltburn Beach Dog Friendly?

Saltburn beach is dog friendly beside a short stretch of beach from the pier to Hazelgrove between the 1st May – 30th September every year, dogs are welcome on this sand and shingle beach all year round. Four-legged visitors can park up on Marine Drive and take the steps down to the town’s expansive beach for a long walk.

Walk your pup along the stunning shoreline of saltburn! This beach has golden sand and stunning views so you can enjoy a beautiful seaside stroll with your furry friend. There’s plenty of room for running around and playing games on this stunning beach – just park up and take the steps down to this pawsome paradise!

Are dogs allowed on Saltburn Cliff Tramway?

As you travel the short ride on the cliff tramway you will enjoy the panoramic views of Saltburn Beach. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are welcome and we are dog friendly, but merely ask, for safety reasons, that dogs are kept on a lead.
