Saltburn Holiday Lets are a collection of four newly renovated, self catering holiday homes and two luxury shepherds huts in Saltburn-by-the-Sea, North Yorkshire. The holiday homes were built in the early 1990’s as a block of stables, housing 7 horses and ponies, and are now completely unrecognisable as their former selves.
In early 2020 work began on the renovations and the buildings have since been completely transformed and decorated with modern interiors, fixtures & fittings.

Farm Retreat Farm Retreat is the largest, self-catering property at Saltburn Holiday Lets. It comfortably sleeps up to seven people and multiple dogs can stay for free too. With three bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with a triple sleeping bunk (double on the bottom), there is plenty of space for a large family.
Paddock View is a single storey, studio apartment style property which can accommodate up to three people and three dogs. This open plan, modern property boasts a fully equipped kitchen area, king size bed, single sofa bed and luxury shower room with rainfall power shower, sink and toilet.
The Stable Yard The Stable Yard is a one bedroom studio apartment style property which sleeps two people and up to four dogs. This open plan, modern property boasts a spacious, fully equipped kitchen area, king size bed and luxury shower room with rainfall power shower, sink and toilet. Includes a fully enclosed courtyard.
Barn Side Barn Side is a one bedroom studio apartment style property which sleeps two people and up to two dogs. The perfect little place for a couple looking for a romantic staycation. This open plan, modern property boasts a spacious, fully equipped kitchen area, king size bed and luxury shower room with rainfall shower.
Deer is a luxury shepherds hut for two, the perfect countryside retreat just a mile from the coast. With its curved timber ceiling, modern interiors and its own private hot tub set within a fully enclosed garden, this charming hideaway is made for switching off and soaking up the peaceful farmland views.
Hare is a luxury shepherds hut for two, perfect for a romantic countryside escape by the sea. Beautifully finished with a curved timber ceiling and modern interiors, this cosy hideaway comes with its own private hot tub and fully enclosed garden, so you can relax under the stars after a day of exploring.
The Spa Area is a private, bookable relaxation space available as an exclusive add-on to your stay. It features a hot tub, wood-fired sauna, Swedish cold water bucket, bar, seating area, and outdoor shower. Enjoy stunning views across open fields and Saltburn in the distance, perfect for unwinding in comfort and style.
