Based in a location that boasts the best of both worlds; countryside and sea side walks are accessible right from our doorstep. A stone’s throw away from The Cleveland Way, this is the perfect retreat for any dog owners or keen walkers. 

Set on private land away from the road and the hustle & bustle of the town you are guaranteed a peaceful, relaxing stay. 

All of our properties are dog friendly and have fully enclosed private patio and garden areas. Multiple well behaved dogs are welcome in each property with no extra charge.
We will provide you with dog towels, bowls, treats and dog tags to use during your stay, should your dog get lost.

Travel cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.

Exit our properties on foot via the bridal path through Saltburn Gill nature reserve or by car onto the A174 and turn left to visit the famous Saltburn pier and Cliff Lift which are a mere 1 mile away from our doorstep. Saltburn itself is a Victorian town full of charm and history. Take in the stunning coastal views, dip your toes in the sea or spend the day exploring the array of independent shops, bars and bistros. 

Or you can turn right and drive along the coast to Whitby, Staithes, Runswick Bay or Scarborough. Other local areas of interest include Roseberry Topping, Guisborough, Great Ayton, Stokesley and the North Yorkshire Moors. You can view all of the places we recommend you visit on our blog.

Each of our holiday homes have their own designated parking spaces in our private and secure free on-site car park with electric car charging points soon to be available.

Our utility room gives guests access to a washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board, iron and freezer.
