The Stable Yard
The Stable Yard is a one bedroom studio apartment style property which sleeps two people and up to four dogs. This open plan, modern property boasts a spacious, fully equipped kitchen area, king size bed and luxury shower room with rainfall power shower, sink and toilet.
The private and fully enclosed courtyard area is the biggest of all our properties. It is perfect for reactive dogs, or dogs who like to try and escape with a minimum height of 6ft. The patio also has outdoor seating and table and a barbeque.
Based in a location that boasts the best of both worlds; countryside and sea side walks are accessible right from our doorstep. A stone’s throw away from The Cleveland Way, this is the perfect retreat for any dog owners or keen walkers.
Set on private land away from the road and the hustle & bustle of the town you are guaranteed a peaceful, relaxing stay.

All of our properties are dog friendly and have fully enclosed private patio and garden areas. Multiple well behaved dogs are welcome in each property with no extra charge.
We will provide you with dog towels, bowls, treats and dog tags to use during your stay, should your dog get lost.
Travel cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.

Farm Retreat
Farm Retreat is the largest, self-catering property at Saltburn Holiday Lets. It comfortably sleeps up to seven people and multiple dogs can stay for free too.
With three bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with a triple sleeping bunk (double on the bottom), there is plenty of space for a large family or group of friends. Each bedroom has a smart television, clothes rail and drawers, hair dryer and mirrors. We will supply you with bedding and towels too.
The spacious property is all on one level (with three steps up to the patio) and has a fully equipped, modern kitchen/dining area, allowing you to cater for family meals. You can relax in the open plan living area which overlooks your own private, fully enclosed Indian stone patio with outdoor sofa and dining area, charcoal barbeque and garden. It’s the perfect spot to watch the sun set.
After a day walking through local woodland or exploring Saltburn’s famous Victorian coastline, you can return to lie back and soak in the luxury bathroom which boasts a rainfall power shower, bath with smart television, sink and toilet.
