The Stable Yard
The Stable Yard is a one bedroom studio apartment style property which sleeps two people and up to four dogs. This open plan, modern property boasts a spacious, fully equipped kitchen area, king size bed and luxury shower room with rainfall power shower, sink and toilet.
The private and fully enclosed courtyard area is the biggest of all our properties. It is perfect for reactive dogs, or dogs who like to try and escape with a minimum height of 6ft. The patio also has outdoor seating and table and a barbeque.
Based in a location that boasts the best of both worlds; countryside and sea side walks are accessible right from our doorstep. A stone’s throw away from The Cleveland Way, this is the perfect retreat for any dog owners or keen walkers.
Set on private land away from the road and the hustle & bustle of the town you are guaranteed a peaceful, relaxing stay.
Dog Friendly Holiday Cottages
All of our properties are dog friendly and have fully enclosed private patio and garden areas. Multiple well behaved dogs are welcome in each property with no extra charge.
We will provide you with dog towels, bowls, treats and dog tags to use during your stay, should your dog get lost.
Travel cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.
Each of our holiday homes have their own designated parking spaces in our private and secure free on-site car park with electric car charging points soon to be available.
